		<description>I actually have family in British Columbia, but I doubt I qualify for the dual citizenship thing, even with the changes. The way I read it, these changes were done to help clarify the status of certain large groups of people (oddly enough, a big number of Mennonites) who left Canada and then returned after having children in other places (mainly the US), who were not considered Canadian citizens. Should be interesting to see how many people Canada &quot;gains&quot; through this move.</description>
