Grady Awakens Tuesday 8/18!

My newest and longest book to date is coming out next week. Look for GRADY’S AWAKENING releasing from Samhain Publishing on Tuesday, August 18th. Grady is what they call a “plus novel” meaning it’s over 100,000 words. There was just so much to talk about in this great story that I could’ve kept going and going.

As it is, I think fans of my Resonance Mates series will enjoy the book. It features Grady Prime, the alien super soldier we’ve gotten to know here and there in the previous three books. He is paired with Gina, a human martial arts champion and spy for a secret sect of Alvians. The third in their relationship is former CIA operative, Jim, who knew Gina in the old days as a young girl who’d been off limits. Now she’s all grown up and times have changed. The story delves into how these three very dissimilar people can make a relationship not only work, but transcend the barriers of race — for Jim and Gina are human. Grady’s an alien.

This is the fourth book in the Resonance Mates series. The reading order is:

Hara’s Legacy

Davin’s Quest

Jaci’s Experiment

Grady’s Awakening

And there will be one more book to complete the story arc. I haven’t written it yet but I’m calling it Harry’s Sacrifice. For those of you worried that the word ‘sacrifice’ means I’m going to torture poor Harry, fear not. I wouldn’t be so cruel. He’ll get his Happily Ever After. It’ll just take a bit of doing to get to that point.
